MG+M Partner Timothy Fazio has been named a 2026 Excellence in the Law honoree for Pro Bono by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

The Excellence in the Law awards annually recognize attorneys and legal professionals across Massachusetts for outstanding achievements in areas including pro bono service, firm administration, marketing, ADR, and paralegal work. Tim was honored for his longstanding commitment to providing pro bono legal services, particularly his work supporting indigent asylum seekers through MG+M’s partnership with the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project (PAIR).

A high‑stakes business litigator and trial lawyer, Tim has donated substantial time to pro bono matters throughout his career, including serving as MG+M’s top pro bono biller in 2024. His pro bono practice focuses on immigration and asylum matters, and his leadership in building the firm’s relationship with PAIR has helped empower colleagues across MG+M to engage in this important work.
