One Week to Go before the Perrin Conferences' National Asbestos Litigation Conference

There’s one week left before the 2021 Perrin Conferences’ National Asbestos Litigation Conference. Event speakers include prominent plaintiff and defense attorneys, judges, in-house counsel, and insurance professionals. 

John B. Manning, a partner and the firm chairperson of MG+M, will again serve as a co-chair of Perrin Conferences’ National Asbestos Litigation Conference, to be held on September 27–29, 2021, at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel. 

Manning said of this year’s conference, “I’m pleased to be co-chairing this year’s Perrin Conferences National Asbestos Litigation Conference in San Francisco. I have participated as co-chair for over a decade and am honored to return for this unique conference, which provides insights from all constituencies and perspectives in asbestos and talc litigation.”

Firm partner David J. Fisher will speak on Tuesday, September 28, at 9 a.m. on a panel entitled, “Has the Dust Settled between the EPA and FDA?” He will discuss the EPA’s risk evaluation for chrysotile asbestos.

Attendees can receive Continuing Legal Education credit and Continuing Education credit, as well as enjoy several networking opportunities, including a cocktail reception hosted by MG+M at their office in San Francisco on the evening of September 27.

Perrin Conferences requires all conference attendees and speakers to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at registration for this event. Masks are mandatory indoors at the Fairmont San Francisco and at all Perrin functions, including offsite receptions.
