Tony Miller brings more than 30 years of experience defending product liability cases from inception through trial, representing a wide variety of clients including industrial and commercial product manufacturers, premises owners, contractors, and distributors. He has traveled throughout the United States handling high-profile toxic tort matters, developing plaintiff and witness deposition strategies, and working closely with local counsel to integrate those procedures across multiple jurisdictions. Throughout his career, Tony has taken several thousand videotaped trial cross-examinations of plaintiffs and witnesses, as well as countless expert depositions.
In addition, Tony works closely with the CVA team and co-counsel to develop deposition strategies for plaintiffs and percipient witnesses, as well as preparing defense witnesses. He routinely prepares for and takes CVA depositions on behalf of clients, both in person and remotely.
Tony received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, where he interned with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and clerked for the Honorable Daniel M. Hanlon (Ret. Presiding Judge of San Francisco Superior Court). He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
Tony is a member in good standing of the State Bars of California, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
