With more than two decades of litigation experience, Brian Triplett handles toxic tort, transportation, and bodily injury claims for corporate clients and insurance carriers. A trusted trial lawyer, Brian has an extensive background managing high exposure cases from initial investigation through trial and resolution, and is particularly well known for his deep experience litigating asbestos related personal injury claims.
Before joining MG+M, Brian was a partner at a California corporate litigation defense firm focusing on general litigation, personal injury and products liability matters, motor vehicle and construction jobsite accidents, transportation and rideshare defense, and toxic tort and asbestos claims. Prior to that, he spent a decade as a partner with a prominent San Francisco trial firm, where he served as lead counsel in more than 100 asbestos matters, handling all phases of litigation from inception through verdict or settlement. His experience includes developing case strategy, managing expert discovery, and advising clients on risk assessment and resolution strategies in complex, multi‑party litigation.
At Santa Clara University School of Law, Brian earned a High Technology Law Certificate, a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts, and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Wills and Trusts.
