Overview

Calla Mears focuses her practice on toxic tort and general liability matters. She brings a diverse litigation background to her practice, having previously defended complex products liability matters and practiced criminal law as both a criminal defense attorney and an assistant state's attorney in Cook County, Illinois. Calla also served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Cristian M. Stevens of the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Calla earned her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she served as editor in chief of the Missouri Law Review and received the Guy A. Thompson Award for Best Student Note. Her experience spans all stages of litigation, from case inception through appeal.
