Caylin Cannavino focuses her practice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate.
Before joining MG+M, Caylin worked as an associate attorney handling transactional and litigation matters involving commercial real estate. During law school, she served on the executive board of the UMass Law Review, was a teaching assistant for legal writing, and worked as an academic fellow. She also served as vice president of the Business Law Society.
Caylin gained additional experience in civil litigation through roles with the Massachusetts Appeals Court and various litigation firms.
