Prior to joining MG+M, Claire’s practice focused on discovery, depositions, and trial preparation at a complex litigation firm. Earlier in her career, she represented clients in family law matters, including community property partition, divorce, and estate planning. As a law clerk, Claire worked in family law, maritime law, and environmental law.
During law school, Claire received a certificate in Environmental Law and served as technology and blog editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal, where she was published twice, and won the Best Case Note Award in 2021. She also served as president of the Maritime Law Society, Secretary of the Honor Board, and worked as a research assistant to Professor Robert Verchick. While pursuing her undergraduate education, Claire was a member of the University Honors Program and consistently recognized on the Dean’s List.
