Daniel Barnes focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, and products liability litigation.
Before joining MG+M, Daniel practiced at an insurance defense firm, where he represented defendants in automotive, premises liability, construction defect, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, and landlord-tenant disputes. Earlier in his career, he represented plaintiffs in personal injury and landlord-tenant matters, as well as in complex multidistrict litigation, including class action torts, qui tam, antitrust, and data privacy breach cases.
Before law school, Daniel earned a degree in integrative biology and worked for five years at a pharmaceutical company.
Outside of his practice, Daniel plays several musical instruments and performs locally.
