Dan Schrader is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 38 years of experience litigating a variety of complex legal matters. Dan has tried numerous cases to verdict with a focus on professional liability, construction law, products liability, and general liability.
Dan has litigated and tried cases in state and federal court as diverse as False Claims Act violations, engineering design claims, product liability claims involving farm equipment, power sport vehicles, product manufacturing defects, and employment discrimination claims. Dan has obtained trial and arbitration verdicts in a numerous cases in jurisdictions throughout California. Dan is the managing partner of his litigation team in all of the firm’s California offices.
