Overview

Desirée Dixon focuses her practice on asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, and employment litigation. She defends Fortune 100 and 500 companies, national retailers, product manufacturers, and municipalities in complex civil matters. Desirée represents corporate and public clients in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings.

Before joining MG+M, Desirée practiced civil litigation, handling high-stakes matters involving labor and employment law, government liability, commercial disputes, civil rights claims, and toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She managed cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.

Desirée began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County, where she represented indigent clients in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile matters. She tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, conducted extensive depositions, and developed significant courtroom experience while managing a high-volume docket.
