Overview

Jack Baschwitz focuses his practice on design professional, professional liability, commercial litigation, consulting, and general liability matters.

Before joining MG+M, Jack worked at an Am Law 100 firm and later as a litigation paralegal at a Boston-based law firm. He joined MG+M as a summer law clerk in 2024 before returning as an associate.

During law school, Jack served as case comment editor of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and the Moot Court Honor Board. He also worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Practice Skills course, where he had previously received the Distinguished Brief Award and Best Oral Advocate Award. In addition, he served as a judicial intern to Judge Michael A. Patten of the Peabody District Court.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys running, watching films, following sports, and spending time with friends.
