John has extensive experience managing claim issues in Design-Build projects across civil, structural, geotechnical, and MEP disciplines. His work includes pre-award issues related to quantity growth from preliminary design and post-award issues involving structural design and conflicts in final design, particularly on roadway improvement, tunneling, and bridge construction projects.
