Joseph Ali focuses his practice on professional liability matters involving architects, engineers, and other design professionals. He represents design professionals in connection with construction-related claims and disputes and assists insurers in evaluating and monitoring professional liability matters.
Prior to joining MG+M, Joseph represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation throughout Florida, including matters involving construction defects and related liability and damages issues. During law school, Joseph received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Blockchain and the Law.
Before attending law school, Joseph worked as a licensed insurance adjuster, handling claims throughout the United States and developing a practical understanding of the evaluation and resolution of insurance claims.
