Overview

Justin Blankson-Phipps focuses his practice on general litigation and toxic tort matters. He welcomes opportunities to challenge himself, expand his legal knowledge, and develop as a well-rounded litigator.

Justin assists in handling complex litigation arising from the evolving silicosis landscape. He has taken and defended multiple depositions and continues to expand his litigation experience through his work on these matters.

During law school, Justin served as 3L class president, acting as a liaison between Howard University School of Law and other graduate programs within the Howard University consortium. Outside of his legal practice, Justin remains committed to serving his community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
