Overview

Kevin Stockmann is a partner in MG+M’s Dallas, Texas, office. He concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation, including toxic torts, product and premises liability, and personal injury. He has extensive experience in all aspects of defending a claim, from intake and discovery to motion practice and resolution. Best Lawyers in America recognized Kevin among its “Ones to Watch” for his mass tort litigation and class action defense and his personal injury litigation defense.

During law school, Kevin served on the board of the Missouri Law Review. He worked as a research assistant for multiple professors during the school year and as a summer associate for Schlichter Bogard & Denton. Before coming to MG+M, Kevin worked as an associate for Brown & James.

He graduated summa cum laude with a BA in political science from Benedictine University and received his JD from the University of Missouri School of Law.
