Overview

Lindsey is a Boston native whose practice focuses on premises liability, general liability, and toxic tort litigation.

Before joining MG+M, Lindsey worked at a prominent Massachusetts-based insurance defense firm. There, she handled all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Her experience includes defending claims involving property damage, personal injury, and insurance coverage disputes, ranging from minor incidents to catastrophic losses. 

During law school, Lindsey served as Managing Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and was recognized with the Thomas J. Staley Award for distinction in the study of Labor Law. Lindsey has also had the pleasure of serving as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Division for the Worcester County Bar Association in 2024-2025.
