Mae Paguio focuses her practice on toxic tort and products liability matters. She represents corporate defendants in all phases of complex litigation and liability claims and provides strategic counsel on legal issues affecting her clients’ business interests.
During law school, Mae participated in Northeastern University School of Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic, where she conducted several trademark searches and drafted a successful USPTO Office Action response.
Before joining MG+M, Mae practiced at a renowned defense firm, where she handled matters involving general liability, products liability, and premises liability. Early in her legal career, she served as second chair in a trial that resulted in a defense verdict.
