Marianne Elias focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, employment matters, toxic tort matters, and asbestos litigation.
Prior to joining MG+M, Marianne served as corporate counsel for one of the largest airline groups in the world. In that role, she advised business and operational teams on legal and regulatory matters, negotiated and drafted commercial agreements, managed litigation and disputes across multiple jurisdictions, and provided guidance on corporate, employment, privacy, and compliance issues.
Marianne has experience representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in a variety of civil matters. Her practice includes all phases of litigation, from presuit investigation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, hearings, and trial preparation.
