Mohindra focuses his practice on toxic tort and products liability matters. Before joining MG+M, he served as counsel and investigator in roles spanning financial services, insurance, education, toxic torts, products liability, and complex commercial litigation, including a confidential multimillion-dollar intellectual property settlement and pro bono litigation that led to an ACLU-recognized federal injunction protecting hundreds of thousands of immigrants designated for Temporary Protected Status. He has practiced at national and boutique law firms, in-house, and in government environments.

Mohindra has managed all phases of litigation, including discovery, factual investigations, motion practice, depositions, and settlement strategy.
