Overview

Nadia Abed focuses her practice on toxic and mass tort litigation, general liability, and products liability. She represents a range of clients, including contractors, suppliers, property owners, product manufacturers, and distributors.

Nadia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. Yablonsky in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she managed complex family law dockets, including post-judgment matrimonial matters, domestic violence proceedings, restraining order violations, and sexual assault cases.

During law school, she served on the executive board of The Journal of Global Rights and Organizations and as lead editor of news for Impunity Watch News. She also completed an externship with the Honorable Gerald Lebovits in the New York County Supreme Court.
