Overview

Nicole Navarro focuses her practice on toxic tort and general liability. Prior to joining, MG+M, Nicole worked as an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade County prosecuting misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony cases. During her time at the state, Nicole tried numerous criminal jury trials and was responsible for hundreds of hearings involving criminal matters.

Nicole earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Nicole worked in the Criminal Justice Clinic with the Montgomery County State Attorney’s Office in Maryland and was a member of the Equal Justice Foundation Organization Board. She also completed an externship for the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Capital Case Section focusing on appellate death penalty matters.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science from Florida International University in criminal justice, as well as a minor in political science. Nicole is a Miami native, and in her spare time she enjoys running, trying new restaurants and Premier League Football.
