Preeya Varma is a dedicated attorney with substantial experience in asbestos and talc litigation, and general liability defense. Preeya works closely with clients and applies a solution-oriented approach to handle all stages of litigation, both in and out of the courtroom. She successfully manages multiple toxic tort accounts, focusing on motion, settlement, and trial strategy. She also oversees motion practice for several talc and asbestos clients, from strategizing and drafting to arguing motions.
Prior to joining MG+M, Preeya worked as an associate attorney for a litigation defense firm in New Jersey, practicing asbestos, talc, and transportation litigation. Preeya received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor on the Seton Hall Circuit Review and served on the Executive Boards of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and LAMBDA Law Alliance.
