Overview

Shana Piotrowski focuses her practice on defending clients in general litigation matters.

Before joining MG+M, Shana gained experience supporting multijurisdictional regulatory compliance and monitoring litigation and enforcement developments while working with a boutique law firm. Her work included legal research across statutes, regulations, and case law, drafting memoranda and templates, and preparing written analyses that translated complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance.

Shana also has experience working with in-house legal teams, including at a global luxury goods company, where she reviewed and analyzed commercial and endorsement agreements and assisted with intellectual property and brand protection matters. In addition, she supported privacy-focused legal work involving legislative and regulatory tracking, research updates, and compliance monitoring. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US) credential.

During law school, Shana was recognized as the 2025 International Association of Privacy Professionals Westin Scholar, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Comparative Privacy Law, and served as co-president of the Privacy Law Student Organization.
