Tess focuses her practice on Child Victims Act, premises liability, talc, and asbestos matters.
Before joining MG+M, Tess gained experience in litigation, corporate, employment, real estate, and contract matters through roles with Union Square Hospitality Group, the Civil Litigation Clinic at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder. Her work included legal research, drafting briefs and discovery demands, investigating claims, negotiating settlements, and counseling clients.
Before attending law school, Tess worked as a litigation and ESG paralegal, supporting attorneys on litigation, compliance, investigation, and pro bono matters.
During law school, Tess served as articles editor and junior symposium editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and as president of the Cardozo Environmental Law Society.
