Overview

Valere Kominer focuses her practice on product liability, toxic tort litigation, and general liability.
 
While attending law school, Valerie served as the notes and comments editor of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel Law Journal. Additionally, she was a research assistant to Professor Janet Dolgin, treasurer of Hofstra Women in Law Society, and a BARBRI representative. She completed legal internships with Pfizer, the Medical-Legal Partnership at Northwell Hospital, and a midsize law firm serving clients in Brooklyn and Long Island. Valerie graduated law school with a concentration in health law and earned certification as a clinical bioethicist through the Hofstra Bioethics Center.
 
Valerie joined MG+M as a law clerk before transitioning to an associate role. In that position, she supported attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
