MG+M Partner Tina Van Dam supports all diversity initiatives the firm provides for growth, opportunity, and advancement. She attributes MG+M’s performance and success as a direct result of its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tina strongly believes that diverse leadership allows for different perspectives and promotes inclusion and acceptance within the firm.
“It is an honor to serve on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee as well as the firm’s Women’s Forum,” she says. “Our firm’s inclusive efforts to look at accomplishments, hard work, and results provide targeted methods for better client representation and substantial firm growth.”
Tina participates in all aspects of recruiting for staff and attorneys in the California offices with a focus on ensuring our team reflects the diversity of her home state. Tina has committed herself to helping the women she works with continue to grow and find success. This year, Tina received a certificate in Women’s Leadership from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business. With this new certification, she looks forward to utilizing the tools and information she learned to support all the attorneys she works with. Tina also continues to support equity and inclusion outside of MG+M as a Member of the Orange County Women’s Lawyers Association, and as a Board Member of both Arts Orange County and Art & Creativity for Healing.
