Overview

Tracy Jolly is a partner with MG+M and is National Administrative counsel for major clients involved in toxic tort and product liability litigation in the U. S. and internationally. As National Administrative counsel, she manages the administrative aspects of product liability and toxic tort litigation. Her experience includes settlement valuation, negotiation, administration, and CMS Medicare reporting compliance. Additionally, she is involved in local counsel retention, oversight, and management across the United States, its territories, and other countries where the client is named in lawsuits involving toxic tort and product liability. Tracy has extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, and communication with insurance carriers, in both the domestic and international markets, representing clients in the litigation.

Tracy has defended the litigation involving clients from a variety of professions, including architects, engineers, title companies, real estate brokers, and home inspectors, among others. Since joining the firm, Tracy has also defended product liability and toxic tort claims for various product manufacturers.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Tracy also served as a Permanent Reserve Police Officer for the City of Woburn, Massachusetts from 1995 until her retirement from the police department in 2015.

Tracy received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2001 and B.A. degree from Boston College in 1990. She is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals in Massachusetts. Tracy is an AM Best Insurance Recommended Attorney.
