Tracy A.R. Jolly

Tracy Jolly is a partner at MG+M, and has been with the firm for over twenty years. She says, “Diversification in the workforce is imperative to the long term success of any organization and MG+M strives to meet that challenge daily. I am fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to be involved in MG+M’s success and growth, including developing a work force with more diverse personnel. I have had a firsthand account of how having a diverse workforce can not only lead to new opportunities for the firm, but also how it can make the office experience more enjoyable because of the variety of life experiences and perspectives a diverse group brings to the table.” MG+M is able to retain skilled attorneys and dedicated personnel because of these perspectives.

In addition to serving on the DEI Committee, Tracy also chairs the MG+M Women’s Forum for New England. The MG+M Women’s Forum affords a venue to women to enable them to succeed by cultivating relationships with other professional women, encouraging support for each other and giving back to the community. The New England Women’s Forum has been involved in many initiatives over the years, including partnering with a local women’s shelter and veteran’s home to volunteer to prepare and serve meals to those in need, and coordinating drives to collect women’s business attire to donate to Dress for Success, which strives to empower women to achieve independence through economic success.
