Adam is a partner in MG+M’s Mississippi and Louisiana offices. His practice focuses on a variety of litigation areas, including premises liability, personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, and maritime litigation. He has extensive experience on many of these matters and has represented clients from jurisdictions including Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York and Texas. He has tried cases in state and federal courts for a wide range of matters. His primary focus is premises liability and products liability.
Adam is AV Peer Review-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of MG+M's National Trial Team. He is certified by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). He currently serves as a faculty member for the LSU Trial Advocacy Program and has served as a faculty member of the National Institute for NITA. Adam earned his J.D. from the Louisiana State University in 2004.
Adam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001. He is admitted to the Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama Bar Associations, United States District Court for all Federal Courts in Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. He is also admitted in the United States Court of Appeals of the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
Adam has actively defended premises owners in litigation since 2006. He has participated as first and second chair in premises liability cases that have resulted it defense verdicts and directed verdicts. He has successfully defended premises liability defendants in the Mississippi appellate courts. He has also actively defended products liability cases since 2004. Adam has also defended trucking litigation defendants since 2006.
Adam is an AV Preeminent rated lawyer. He actively participates with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, a non-profit legal aid organization
