MG+M is pleased to announce that Associate Lauren Smith has been selected to serve as the St. Louis city lead for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Alumni Leadership program for the 2026–2027 term. City leads serve as local ambassadors for the LCLD alumni community, helping strengthen professional connections and foster engagement through community-building events and programs.

Lauren’s appointment builds on her ongoing involvement with LCLD. In 2025, she was selected to participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder Program, which provides leadership training, professional development, and relationship-building opportunities for high-potential early-career attorneys.
