Edwardsville Associate Lauren Smith has been named a 2026 recipient of Land of Lincoln Legal Aid’s Joseph R. Bartylak Pro Bono Award. The award recognizes Lauren’s advocacy and service to Land of Lincoln clients, particularly her work in guardianship matters.

“I’m honored to be recognized for my pro bono work with Land of Lincoln. Serving the St. Clair County community has brought me so much joy, and I’m grateful for the MG+M’s support that allows me to continue this important work,” Lauren said.

Lauren will be recognized at the 20th Judicial Circuit Celebrate Pro Bono Reception on October 20 in Belleville, Illinois.
