MG+M is pleased to congratulate Mary Tucker, the firm’s director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging and regional office manager of our New Orleans office, on being selected for the 2026 New Orleans CityBusiness Human Resources Power List.

The annual recognition highlights influential human resources professionals who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations and across the greater New Orleans business community.

In her dual leadership roles at MG+M, Mary oversees the firm's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, recruitment efforts, and pro bono programming while supporting the strategic direction, culture, and growth of the firm's southern offices. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with more than two decades of human resources experience, she has played an important role in recruiting and developing talent across the firm since joining MG+M in 2017.
