Rebecca Kibbe is a partner residing in the Miami office of MG+M. She focuses her practice on products liability and toxic tort defense. Rebecca represents clients nationally in asbestos/toxic torts and talc litigation, and has tried cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Prior to joining MG+M, Rebecca was a partner in the Miami office of another national law firm, serving on the national trial team for one of its largest clients and leading the firm’s asbestos practice in state, federal and appellate courts throughout Florida. In this capacity, she represented a manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment and products and a manufacturer of electrical equipment.
In addition, Rebecca has been extensively involved in the defense of products liability claims, including representing fitness equipment and medical device manufacturers. Rebecca also has experience in premises and general liability matters as well as general commercial litigation. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases on a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, defamation, and civil liability for cyberstalking.
A Massachusetts native, Rebecca received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from Spring Hill College, and is admitted to practice in Florida.
