Overview

Agustin Bujanda focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, general liability, talc litigation, and toxic tort liability matters.

Agustin joined MG+M as a law clerk before transitioning to an associate role. In that position, he supported attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation across a range of litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Agustin served as a legal intern with the Queens District Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes and Career Criminals Bureau, where he assisted assistant district attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, and case strategy. He observed trials at various stages of litigation and appeared on the record in arraignments, suppression hearings, and other pretrial proceedings.

Agustin also interned with the New York State Unified Court System, Office of Court Administration, Labor Relations, where he conducted legal research on state and federal labor law and drafted memoranda addressing improper practice charges. During law school, he served as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Introduction to Law and was a senior staff member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He was a member of the team that won the 2025 National Trial Competition championship.

Agustin is fluent in Spanish.
