Overview

Andrew Bain is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a broad range of matters, with an emphasis on complex civil litigation, including business disputes, contracts, and product liability. He represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, including pre-litigation investigations, trial, and appeals. Andrew’s background includes extensive experience in general liability, product liability, and commercial litigation. He has represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in several industries, including automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and construction.

Andrew prides himself on becoming intimately familiar with the unique facts of each case and believes that the key to achieving the best results for clients is learning everything there is to know about a case.

Prior to joining MG+M, Andrew was of counsel for a regional litigation and transactional legal services firm, where he focused on civil litigation. He previously was of counsel at a full-service law firm handling a broad range of litigation. Andrew began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey—Passaic Vicinage. Prior to entering the practice of law, Andrew worked for a global marketing firm, primarily focusing on the pharmaceutical industry. His experience working within the confines of strict industry regulations sparked his interest in the law.
