David Primack represents creditors, businesses, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy matters, creditors' rights disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Drawing on extensive experience in Chapter 11 cases, financial restructurings, and insolvency-related litigation, he helps clients navigate financial distress, protect critical interests, and develop strategic solutions aligned with their broader business goals. David partners closely with clients through periods of transition and high-stakes disputes, providing practical, business-minded counsel that balances legal risks with operational and commercial objectives.
In addition to his bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice, he regularly appears in state and federal courts representing clients in toxic tort, product liability, construction, insurance, corporate litigation, and Delaware business disputes involving corporate governance, fiduciary duties, shareholder and partnership issues, books and records actions, and expedited injunction proceedings. Prior to joining MG+M, David co-chaired his previous firm's bankruptcy practice.
