Linda is an experienced litigator who represents clients in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-litigation claims through trial. Her practice includes defending clients in state and federal courts in professional liability, products liability, construction defect, premises liability, habitability matters, ADA compliance, catastrophic vehicular accidents, and class action data breach suits.
She has achieved favorable results for clients through mediations, motion practice, and discovery conferences. Linda is skilled in conducting expert depositions and negotiating resolutions at mediations and settlement conferences. She values developing strong relationships with clients and other parties involved in litigation.
Linda earned her JD from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), and her BA in political science and East Asian studies from Yale University. While in law school, she served as executive editor of the UC Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and as president of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation.
Committed to advancing social justice, Linda volunteers as pro bono counsel with the Justice and Diversity Center. For her volunteer work in 2022, she received the Outstanding Volunteers in Public Service Award. She also serves as an attorney scorer for the Contra Costa County High School Mock Trial Competition.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys traveling with her family and exploring cultures through their history and cuisine. She has visited more than 30 states and four continents, covering over 20 countries. An avid runner, she has completed two marathons, five half-marathons, and numerous 5K, 10K, and 12K races.
