Overview

Molly Gorman focuses her practice on commercial transactions, real estate and middle market mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on a range of corporate transactional matters, real estate deals and compliance issues, leveraging a meticulous approach to mitigate risk and support successful outcomes.

Prior to joining MG+M, she gained experience in compliance, supported M&A transactions and managed corporate governance working at a technology company. Her background also includes high-volume residential and commercial real estate work, including due diligence and closings. 

While attending Suffolk University Law School, Molly earned the Trustee Academic Merit Scholarship and graduated with a Business and Financial Services Concentration with Distinction. She received Dean’s List recognition and was honored for her advocacy skills with Honorable Mention Best Brief and Honorable Mention Best Oral Advocate. She also served as alumnae relations chair of the Women’s Law Association.
