Salayha K. Ghoury is an associate in MG+M's San Francisco office and a member of the National Trial Team. She represents clients in personal injury and commercial litigation matters, including claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, breach of contract, professional errors and omissions, fraud and premises liability.
Salayha is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients, whether through settlement or trial. She has second chaired jury trials through verdict and judgment, successfully argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and mediated more than 100 cases. She maintains strong working relationships with opposing counsel to help resolve disputes efficiently and advance her clients’ interests.
Outside of her legal work, Salayha is deeply involved in youth outreach. She co-founded the nonprofit organization Achieving Character Through Sports with her brother to provide underserved youth with a safe space to break barriers through sports and promotes academic motivation. She also mentors middle and high school students and frequently volunteers her time coaching Mock Trial teams.
Salayha is proud to be a first-generation immigrant and speaks Urdu and Spanish.
