Overview

Tim Krippner concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic loss and long-tail liability. He has developed and executed dozens of short- to long-term strategies for complex liability management for Fortune 100 companies and other major manufacturing and private equity concerns.

His current responsibilities include retention as trial, local, regional and, primarily, national coordinating counsel. Tim is frequently entrusted as lead trial counsel in catastrophic loss matters and coordinates resolution strategies at all levels of liability.

Tim has substantial experience consulting in merger and acquisition analysis regarding long-tail liability risk and appropriate avoidance strategies.

Tim also is highly sought out as a speaker and author. He frequently participates as a speaker and chairs highly regarded think tank events featuring well-known industry experts and leaders.

Prior to MG+M, Tim was a shareholder at a national Chicago-based law firm. 

Tim lives in River Forest, Illinois, and spends his personal time pursuing his love of the outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting and working in his multiple gardens. He also enjoys the culinary arts and fine dining. He is a lifelong Chicago sports fan.
