David Davidson is a partner and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice Group. A seasoned trial attorney, David oversees a broad range of litigation matters originating out of the firm’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.

Raúl Chacon is a partner in the firm’s Miami office and is the Chair of the firm's Maritime Practice Group. His practice focuses on a variety of litigation areas, including maritime, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience as national and local counsel on marine products liability matters and has represented clients from jurisdictions as far north as Canada and throughout the Continental U.S., Hawaii, the Caribbean and South America. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Florida. He is regularly appointed to act as national and local counsel by insurance companies on admiralty and maritime matters.  

Jason Cincilla is a litigation strategist, litigation manager, and trial lawyer. In 17 years of practice, Jason has helped companies resolve hundreds of high-stakes cases involving products liability; sporting arms, ammunition, and outdoor products; toxic torts; asbestos; insurance coverage; employment; corporate; and complex commercial litigation. He has tried multiple cases to favorable verdicts, and he has successfully argued more than 75 summary judgment motions applying the laws of many different states and multiple foreign countries.

David Frohn has more than 35 years of jury trial, products liability, and insurance litigation experience, and focuses his practice on the defense of domestic and international manufacturers of consumer and industrial products. David has extensive experience defending claims involving recreational vehicles and boats; personal watercraft; medical equipment, implants and devices; sporting arms and ammunition; industrial tools and machinery; refinery and chemical plant process vessels; commercial transportation vehicles; and electromechanical fire cause and origin.

Matthew Giardina is an associate in the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island office, and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of products liability defense, mass torts, and other complex tort litigation as well as employment law and general liability insurance defense. Matt’s work experience includes representing corporate clients in all phases of civil litigation. He routinely defends clients against claims arising in negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, wrongful death, and failure to warn. Matt serves as Regional Counsel for a leading aeronautics company. In this role, he is responsible for the coordination and management of the client’s litigation throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South. Additionally, Matt handles a variety of employment-related discrimination cases and premise liability actions.

John Manning is a partner in the firm’s Boston office. He chairs the firm’s Complex Litigation Group, which maintains an active national presence from its 14 nationwide offices. John represents dozens of corporations in litigation throughout the country and serves on several clients’ National Trial Teams. As National Coordinating Counsel for multiple products manufacturers, he directs all aspects of the defense of more than 200,000 asbestos lawsuits pending in all 50 states. 

Chris Massenburg is a partner based in the firm’s New Orleans office. His practice primarily focuses on environmental, toxic tort, products liability, commercial trucking and transportation, premises liability, and construction defects litigation. Chris currently serves on the National Trial Team for multiple clients, and has tried cases in Louisiana, California, Texas, Mississippi, New York, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, Wyoming, and Oregon. He has defended his clients in numerous cases as lead trial counsel, and has secured multiple zero dollar defense verdicts by successfully showing juries that his clients did not do anything wrong.

Jeanette Riggins is a trial attorney with a wealth of experience. In addition to serving as the partner-in-charge of MG+M’s New Orleans and Mississippi offices, she currently serves on the National Trial Team for multiple clients and regularly appears in state and federal courts in various states. Beyond this work, Jeanette is also National Coordinating Counsel, as well as regional counsel for several of the firm’s clients, managing and supervising local counsel in defense of the companies. Her practice primarily focuses on toxic tort, products liability, general insurance defense, and premises liability. Jeanette has defended an extensive array of clients including product manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, employers, premise defendants, executive officers, and insurance companies.

Max Swetman's practice includes litigation and regulatory compliance counseling concerning a wide range of environmental laws. His litigation practice focuses on the defense of environmental, toxic tort, and occupational disease claims alleging bodily injury and property damage. These include individual claims as well as mass torts. His experience in these areas covers a wide array of industries and products including oil and gas, chemicals, food production/food poisoning, building and waste materials, and industrial manufacturing.

Jonathan Tabasky is a partner with the firm. He has primary responsibility for the management, handling, and defense of litigation brought against many different types of professionals. His clients include architects, attorneys, engineers, real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, and independent insurance adjusters, among others. Since joining the firm, Jon has also been extensively involved in the defense of products liability and toxic tort claims. In this capacity, Jon represents a broad range of companies, including those that manufacture prescription drugs, protective clothing, fittings, heating devices, wire and cable, trucks, aircraft, and turbines. As a result, Jon regularly works with renowned epidemiologists, pathologists, industrial hygienists, pulmonologists, radiologists, economists, and others. Jon also defends products and premises liability cases brought against major retailers.
