MG+M to Participate in LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders Programs
February 11, 2021

Overview

The MG+M Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is excited to announce that partner and DEI Trial Team Development Chair, Jeanette Riggins, has been selected as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2021.

Launched in 2011, LCLD's Fellows Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of this program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and access to LCLD members (managing partners and general counsel). To be selected as a Fellow, lawyers should have a history of demonstrating leadership skills, being an impactful player in the organization, engaging with the community, and be actively committed to diversity and inclusion.

MG+M is also excited to announce that four associates will begin the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program. Associates Ashley P. Foote (New York), Danielle M. Sczesny (New Orleans), Anna Hwang (New York), and Katie Doherty (O’Fallon) will participate in LCLD’s seven-month professional development series that focuses on building foundational leadership skills, professional networking experience, and career development strategies.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations.

Congratulations to all!
