Natasha Corb defends clients in complex toxic tort, environmental, and PFAS litigation, as well as construction, building-related, occupational, and zoonotic disease matters and products and premises liability claims involving both individual actions and mass tort litigation. Her practice spans the oil and gas, chemical, food production, building materials, waste management, and industrial manufacturing sectors, and frequently involve exposure allegations related to substances such as PCBs, dioxins and furans, pesticides, benzene, PFAS and other PFCs, asbestos, silica, talc, VOCs, particulate matter, and indoor air quality and mold conditions. She brings advanced experience in toxicology, epidemiology, industrial hygiene, biostatistics, and human health and environmental exposure assessment to her practice, holding a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) in Environmental Health Sciences and a certification from the American Industrial Hygiene Association as a Registered Specialist: Exposure Decision Analysis. Drawing on her scientific background and training, Natasha evaluates causation, exposure, and risk in cases where scientific and technical issues are central to trial outcomes. She translates complex exposure and health data into practical, defensible litigation strategies that help clients effectively navigate high-stakes disputes.
Natasha also advises clients on regulatory compliance, due diligence, and best practices involving environmental and chemical exposures, including PFAS, PCBs, asbestos, talc, benzene, non-hazardous oilfield wastes (NOW), naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM), mold, VOCs, and other regulated and emerging substances, whether synthetic or biological in nature. She helps clients build compliance programs that meet local, state and federal requirements, counsels on OSHA and related regulatory obligations, and helps clients anticipate potential future liabilities arising from industrial and manufacturing processes, all with a focus on risk mitigation and litigation avoidance. Pairing courtroom advocacy with her advanced background and training in exposure science, Natasha provides clients with a distinct advantage in complex environmental and toxic tort litigation, where cases often turn on intricate questions of causation, exposure pathways, and regulatory risk thresholds.
Natasha works closely with scientific and technical experts across multiple disciplines, including epidemiology, toxicology, industrial hygiene, medicine, public health, geology, hydrogeology, risk assessment, environmental engineering, and analytical chemistry. She conducts detailed research and critically analyzes data, publications, and literature to support factual and expert defenses, and collaborates with experts and investigators to assess complex legal, regulatory, and scientific issues arising from industrial, manufacturing, and construction-related processes. Having conducted hands-on field sampling and analytical laboratory testing of air, water, soil, and other environmental media, human health risk assessments, and predictive modeling to assess the scope, reach and potential human health and environmental health hazards associated with pollutant fate and transport, Natasha brings firsthand technical fluency to defending against mass tort, chemical exposure, and environmental contamination claims.
Natasha serves as co-chair of MG+M's Women's Forum and is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).
A native of New Orleans, Natasha is proud to have completed her undergraduate and graduate education in Louisiana.
