Overview

Rachel represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on business law, employment law, contract disputes, class action litigation and toxic tort liability.

While in law school, Rachel gained experience as a judicial extern for Chief Justice Gordon J. MacDonald of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Washington, DC, and an intern at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

She also served as a teaching assistant and managing editor of the University of New Hampshire Law Review, where she published her note, “Preference for Deference: Navigating the Circuit Split on Judicial Deference to the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Commentary,” 23 U.N.H. L. Rev. 87 (2025).
