MG+M Elevates Four Attorneys to Partner in 2023

MG+M The Law Firm proudly announces the elevation of four attorneys to partner, effective January 1, 2023:

Manning. “We feel fortunate to have such exceptional professionals across all our offices, and we congratulate these four lawyers on their well-deserved promotions.”

Joseph Bussiere represents design professionals, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect and personal injury matters. He also routinely represents businesses in commercial and employment litigation matters. Best Lawyers in America repeatedly recognized Joe among its “Ones to Watch,” and Boston Magazine named him a “Top Lawyer” for his work as a civil litigator. Joe’s collaborative and practical advice in risk management positions clients to avoid unnecessary litigation. When necessary, Joe’s strategic and innovative resolution strategies result in cost-effective and favorable results to his clients across a wide array of complex disputes. Joe earned his JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in political science from the University of New England.

Michael McVinney represents clients facing complex litigation, focusing in the areas of toxic tort liability, general liability, and products and premises liability. He vigorously defends MG+M’s clients in all aspects of their defense from case inception through trial, including fact and expert discovery and complex motion practice. Best Lawyers in America repeatedly recognized Michael among its “Ones to Watch” for his products liability litigation defense, and Super Lawyers named him a “Rising Star.” Michael has been with the firm in various capacities since 2007, including seven years as an associate and six as a paralegal. Michael received his JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in criminal justice from Northeastern University. 

Arian Prelvukaj focuses his practice on complex tort and product liability litigation. He has extensive experience in conducting depositions, motion practice and comprehensive analysis of discovery production to ascertain alternate theories of liability and defense. Super Lawyers named Arian a “Rising Star.” He earned his JD from the City University of New York School of Law and a BS in business management and finance from Stony Brook University. 

Kevin Stockmann concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation, including toxic torts, product and premises liability, and personal injury. He has extensive experience in all aspects of defending a claim, from intake and discovery to motion practice and resolution. Best Lawyers in America recognized Kevin among its “Ones to Watch” for his mass tort litigation and class action defense and his personal injury litigation defense. Kevin received his JD from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he served on the board of the Missouri Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude with a BA in political science from Benedictine University.
