MG+M Lawyers Selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity 2023 Fellows and Pathfinders Programs
March 10, 2023

Overview

MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) Associate Stephanie Selman has been named a member of the 2023 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) fellows, and MG+M Associates Cindy Medina-Cervantes and Emily Sample have been selected for LCLD’s seven-month Pathfinders Program.

Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is a one-year advanced leadership training experience for diverse lawyers with eight to 15 years of practice experience and demonstrated leadership potential. The program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance, and offers professional development and leadership training. The Pathfinder Program is focused on building foundational leadership and relationship-building skills, professional networking experience and career development strategies for emerging leaders early in their careers.

“Stephanie, Cindy and Emily have each shown an incredible commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at MG+M and in the legal profession,” says MG+M Managing Partner, Chief Diversity Officer and former LCLD Fellow Amaryah Bocchino. “We are proud that they have been selected for these very important programs at LCLD, and we look forward to seeing the continued accomplishments, contributions and leadership of these three distinguished attorneys in the years ahead.”

MG+M’s partnership with LCLD is a valuable part of our strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to build a more equitable and diverse legal profession in the United States. As part of our commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, MG+M has been an active LCLD member for many years, participating in the Fellows Program since 2017 and the Pathfinders Program for the past three years.
